Loved the money back guarantee in the first 7 days. Don't care that there is no follow-up phone calls or attempt to have me identify potential customers within my friend group. It is entirely possible I could have gotten the same vehicle for a bit less than I paid at CarMax, but the no-stress sales model really was great. More
