I had an amazing experience, both at the Northglenn and Loveland locations. Starting with Will at Northglenn, who gave me so much information, guided me to the best cars for me after listening to my needs and preferences, facilitated test driving several cars, and then giving me his personal number to follow up after not finding the right car at that location. Next, at Loveland, Kael was also wonderful, guiding me through the purchase of the car I found there. I so appreciate that the approach of the sellers is education and customer service-driven, and not sales-driven. I had a hang-up with my trade-in vehicle, returned to the Loveland location to trade it the day after the original purchase due to another option falling through, and another wonderful associate (I’m sad I don’t remember his name to list it here) very graciously helped me through the complicated process of returning and refinancing my vehicle to include the trade in. No one ever made me feel like I was putting them out to help me. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I would definitely buy a car from them again and would recommend it to anyone! More
