My experience was mixed. There were 3 due to sickness and one going out of town. A vehicle found out of town. For a honda pilot this was almost a deal breaker because the keys are linked to a specific driver number. More

I had a car shipped and paid a shipping fee. .. In the shipping one of the rims was damaged and scratched up... Their solution was to try and cover it up with what looks like a sharpie. Also the .. I reserved it it arrived in Loveland in good time. I test drive it and decided to buy it. Sarah helped me with all the details and purchase process. This my second truck I purchased from CarMax. They make it easy. I test drove the GMC and said I'll take it and we were out in about an hour. We felt like we were on our own during the purchase of the car. The salesperson didn’t offer up any information and seemed unknowledgeable. We asked to hold the car a day while we considered the purchase and mentioned it needed a front plate bracket and detailing and were assured it would done. When I let them know we would be purchasing they again assured these would be done. When we arrived two days later to buy the car they hadn’t been done and I now need to bring the car back during my work day to have them do it. And they now stated they won’t detail it but will reimburse me if I take it elsewhere. Just seems odd that a dealership doesn't have a detailing crew. The woman in the business office that completed the purchase paperwork was wonderful though. More
