Absolute lack of communication even from the higher up management level. I would t recommend it. The manager got very aggressive and acted like I was the issue. I really appreciated this dealership, although the process was slow, I did appreciate the 24 hour test drive and that I knew I had financing pre-approved before I went in. Eli and Tyler were amazing. I ordered a car on 9/20, to be in the Salem dealership by 9/29, by 10/2 still had not moved. Eli worked so hard to get it to me. Impressed with sales staff, but disappointed that the instrument panel lens was damaged and could not be cleaned and that the car was delivered with this flaw. Everyone from the first notification that we had entered into the system to the final purchase was extremely professional. They have continued to keep us informed as the post-sales registration process cont into the system to the final purchase was extremely professional. They have continued to keep us informed as the post-sales registration process continues to get the car registered/titled in a separate state (WA). Most impressive was the sales manager's (Nick Taylor) willingness to pay for transporting the car to Salem from Texas after it was discovered that the car was the wrong color (light grey, not white). Due to his exceptional offer, we elected to purchase the car despite being the wrong color. Overall, we were very pleased and impressed with all of the dealership members we worked with. We would definitely recommend them as a top choice to purchase a car. More
