Tristan was amazing! The only issue we had was the truck we bought was not cleaned and did not have gas in it, we didn't notice till we were half way home (2 hours away). Buying a car from CarMax was very straight forward. All costs were upfront with no add on surprises. I'm giving 4 stars because I had taken the vehicle out twice for a test drive. I brought this to the dealer's attention. They made note of this issue and on my third trip to Salem to buy the vehicle, the dealer still had not fixed the problem. The vehicle's monitor was showing the spare tire at 9 psi. More
