I want to start by saying Josh was the best sales man I have ever worked with at a dealership. I was a sales manager for 20 years and rarely am I overly impressed with today’s service and temperament. I am have ever worked with at a dealership. I am also a woman and typically prejudged when stepping on a car lot ( That does not last long I might add as I do my homework to ensure I get the best deal .) Josh was respectful as well as well informed and it was because of his service I ended up purchasing at Carmax . I actually had a second appt lined up at another dealer that I cancelled as I was so impressed by Josh that I wanted the loyalty of my purchase to go to his work ethic. I told Josh that day the I will come back for my families purchases and I will contact him , I also told him that when I come back I believe he will be the GM in charge.
