When my "first" vehicle arrived (from being shipped) and I realized it was too large, Emilee made several suggestions of alternate vehicles friendly. She had personal experience with Cadillac, so her insights were very helpful. Bentley went above and beyond in terms of his willingness to help us find the "right" vehicle. Although I did not anticipate or expect it, he was accessible at odd hours and always responded quickly and politely. He also did a good job walking us through all the paperwork. the car arrived late, the sales team was ambivilent about answering questions, when they couldn’t get the car to re-set the emission sensors, instead of addressing the sale like it meant anything at all, the answering questions, when they couldn’t get the car to re-set the emission sensors, instead of addressing the sale like it meant anything at all, they sent it “ out to drive” to try to get the re-set to happen…..no return calls to keep me up to date on the non-progress….no communication initiated on their end at all…….. went on for 5 days before they eventually got something done. when I went to pick up the car, it had not been washed or vacuumed…. interior was dusty and windshield had a film on the inside — wheel wells had grass stuck on all of the wheel liners—- there are scratches on the exterior that were not reported in the listing…. The car was ok for the price and the process was pretty easy (I had to go home to grab a personal check because they don’t do bank transfers). They did send me a check to help make this up but honestly I can’t help but feel that it was a little dishonest. More
