We had an outstanding experience. We saw a car at another Car Max in the LA area and they brought it to Riverside for us at no cost within.a couple days, no commitment. We went there in the evening and there was absolutely no pressure. They let us look at the car and others without following us around and trying to sell us on anything. When we asked to test drive the care we came for they let us take it out without anyone from Car Max, for up to 30 mins, alone, so we could really get a feel for it. We came back, told them we wanted it and there was no "extra warranty" or "paint coverage" ect that they tried to sell us like so many dealerships we had visited (that was so annoying to deal with elsewhere). Then I found out the cars they sold all had a 10 day return and a 90 day warranty with them, at no cost. What a great deal. I have raved about CarMax to everyone I tell about our new car. I will definitely be coming back. More

I did not visit the dealership. We had discussions by telephone, with one of the used car salesman. I think his name is Michael. We did not find the vehicle to suit my specifications. I asked the salesman for a Cadillac XT5 base model or luxury model. Mileage in the low 20,000's if possible. Grey silver or white color. The next day he discovered a whit XT5, 29,000 miles luxury model at $29,000. However it is a 2017 model. Michael said he would call me if the price goes down or something else to my interest comes along. More
