I dropped off my car Tuesday last week for a cosmetic issue. I had whenever I purchased the vehicle something that should of been already addressed. I dropped off my car last Tuesday late afternoon ! I understand I won’t consider that true working business day but There has been 4 business days and nothing still don’t have my car this has turned into a nightmare I just want my car back I don’t understand why it’s taking so long the process does not take long I know this because I work in dealership in the service department and deal with body shop issues all the time it’s been Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday and if you wanna count Sunday too now with out my vehicle I was first told my car would be ready Thursday or Friday of last week then another call telling me Tuesday or Wednesday! Then once again another call till Thursday the latest! Now I got ANOTHER CALL till end of the week Friday or Saturday ??? I’m Just wondering if they are even working on my car Jesus Christ I should be compensated not using my car or something This has been a total NIGHTMARE! Please do not buy here ! They give you the run around ! And do not care about your time !! More
