If there are issues discovered by the VW dealership, “oh well! Too bad, it’s on you!” The ONLY positive is the 10 day return so when you find that $2,500 worth of basic maintenance needs to be done (not by them!) I bought a car with them in 2024. All was great. A totally different experience for a horrible experience. More

Great experience, the Carmax team was easy to work with. Salman was great as our advisor. The process was a bit difficult because the car had electronic problems when I test drove it, and I had to wait a week for them to repair it b4 I'd consider a purchase.
