The associate who helped us was great. Overall, the process was clunky and slow, particularly as we were paying cash for a vehicle. It was "detailed" and "inspected" by this dealership. Within days we found that it had a mouse nest in the engine and over $2000 of wiring work (unrelated to the mice) that needed to be done. To their credit, the dealership has taken ownership of the cost of repairs, but this shouldn't have happened if the proper work was done on the front end. Overall, very nice people but not the best experience. More

We went to this dealership looking to possibly trade in our SUV for a lesser priced car in an effort to reduce our monthly payments. Admittingly, our situation was challenging, but by no means unresolvable. Rather than helping us research viable options, she remained very negative and made it clear to us that our issue would require too much effort to resolve. When challenged on this, she provided explanations that were inaccurate as we found another dealership was able to assist us with minimal effort.<br><br>If you value customer service as part of your car buying experience, then avoid this Saturn dealership.
