Customer service has been great! They are outstanding in customer service and taking care of customers needs/wants and making you happy. I had to return a vehicle outside of my 10 days and they definitely took care of me to get me into another vehicle no questions asked. I had a good expywoth all of the sales team involved as well as upper management. The Denton and Plano team were both great to work with. However to be fully transparent, the vehicle I had to return had issues from the first couple of days that made me uneasy and no longer wanted to keep that vehicle. They were great about letting me return the car ,and offered to put me into a loaner while getting that car fixed.I declined and decided to go with another vehicle. The vehicle I was interested in was located in Oklahoma, and I am in Texas so they covered the shipping fee to get it here. I love my new car but it too had issues right after I bought it (motor mounts and some fuse issues) but they are taking care of this for me and have provided a loaner vehicle while mine is being serviced. More
Very smooth quick transaction. Reserved vehicle and had it sent to my local dealer. Greeted by salesman and completed test drive. Was pre approved and paperwork was seamless. I had a great CARMAX experience shopping & then buying my 2015 Kia Soul. When the Kia developed a major engine problem in the first month, CARMAX bought the Kia back & helped me find another vehicle. I purchased a $40,000 vehicle. I am currently still dealing with service to get the vehicle up and running properly. The customer service was great, however if you're going to sell I am currently still dealing with service to get the vehicle up and running properly. The customer service was great, however if you're going to sell a $40,000 vehicle with 18,000 miles everything should be functioning properly and I shouldn't have to keep taking it back to service to get it repaired. This was the best car buying experience ever in 50 years of driving . I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The process was so stream lined and never did I feel rushed or lied to.
