I am a returning customer to CarMax in San Antonio, Texas. This is now the third car I have bought from /carmax, and my oldest son bought his Subaru Outback from there also a couple of years ago. I got a real good trade-in on my 2018 GMC Terrain, and it helped me get the Subaru Forester I wanted. CarMax has always provided good, clean cars with low mileage, and many will have the manufacturer's warranties. The only concern I have is that I hope I have a good experience with the extended CarMax warranty. My son did not. Regarding customer service upon the delivery of the car to me, I did not get a full tank of gas for free. My address was wrong on all of the paperwork, and that had to be redone, and it took an additional 30-45 minutes to correct. Charles was really trying to get this done, but I am glad I caught the errors. More
