I also test drove another car (Honda CR-V 2023) and ended up buying that car. The quote I received online for my trade-in was what was offered at the time of purchase. Couldn't phone the service dept. for a week. No calls returned. I had to drive in to make an appointment. Then wait another week for the appointment. Also, three weeks after purchase for a week. Also, three weeks after purchase, I find out my car can't be registered by computer, the paperwork has to be mailed in. So probably have to wait 90 days plus three weeks. I'm kinda worried about warranty work in the future. More
