I worked with Keven, who was great—he wasn’t pushy, really listened, and was patient with me throughout the process. He even checked back in after I bought the car, which meant a lot. They were willing to work with me in every way possible, even though I didn’t come in with the easiest situation. A few days after buying the car, I brought it back to have a couple of things looked at and worked with Taylor in service. She was kind, patient, and helpful, got me right in, and they made everything right. I’m really thankful for how both Keven and Taylor treated me. The gentleman that I purchased the car from, while nice and helpful, seemed to be focused on making a sale later in the day and left me waiting for long stretches multiple times despite the fact that I said I had an important meeting that I need to attend and could not be late.
