The dealership seems fine. I did not take out a service plan which I am now regretting. After only driving the vehicle 700 miles, there now are repair problems. The car came from Baton Rouge and I wonder if it actually had the inspections it was said to have. The door arm rest was very loose which was repaired, but now I have transmission issues and air vent actuator failure. I am so disappointed because I love the car itself. More

I bated through process about two weeks given the wrong information by CEC.. They had to run my credit multiple times then get the carlot they saying they needing things they need told me to bring & i stay information by CEC.. We experienced a number of issues with our purchase, including late delivery of our vehicle to the dealership (understandably not within their ability to control), the vehicle’s check engine light comin including late delivery of our vehicle to the dealership (understandably not within their ability to control), the vehicle’s check engine light coming on the day after the purchase, and countless communication issues. The sales associate who processed the sale was helpful, but beyond that, we were VERY disappointed by the lack of follow up or issue resolution from management. If we’d been able to find the specific vehicle we were looking for elsewhere, we would have walked away. Shopping here felt like a necessary evil rather than a positive customer experience. If you can find what you’re looking for elsewhere, do. More
