This was my first experience buying a used car in my life. I looked around and found a couple of vehicles I liked and then I went and spoke to a gentleman named Issac Drake. After test driving I asked him if I could sleep on it overnight because this was a big decision for me and he said sure. It is totally because of his patience and understanding of what I needed because of my disabilities that I went back there and thought the vehicle from him. He made all the difference in the world. I made sure to let by the his supervisors know that he was the one reason I came back there to buy that vehicle. There was no pressure to sign anything right away like it another place I went and it was just a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend CarMax if you need to buy a used car. More

I was extremely impressed with Issac Drake, my salesperson. I explained that I had never bought a used car in my life and only GM. I also explained that my severe PTSD causes me extreme claustroph salesperson. I explained that I had never bought a used car in my life and only GM. He found me the perfect fit but I told him this was a big decision for me. I asked if he would hold the suv for me until the next morning and he said yes. The next day I came back and bought the suv. I told both of his supervisors that he is the ONLY reason I came back. He kindness and patience with me sealed the deal. I also said he should be a trainer on GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks Issac.
