I can’t remember the name of the salesman that assisted us in our transaction, but I felt like he was very helpful. My only disappointment was that the offer for my trade in was reduced by $2000 because i us in our transaction, but I felt like he was very helpful. My only disappointment was that the offer for my trade in was reduced by $2000 because it was not a Sport model. I know that I had mistakenly thought that my vehicle was a sport model, but you had the VIN number from the very beginning of our communication, so you should have given me an offer based on that and the amount that you offered me when I entered the facility was $2000 less than the amount that that you were willing to pay when I came to Carmax to make the transaction. If I had to buy another vehicle, I would consider Carmax because I like buying a used car this way, but would also check out other options before I would purchase a car with Carmax after what I felt was a deceitful practice. My overall experience with Carmax has been amazing. I do think they’re a bit pricey, but the services that are included with the purchase of your vehicle make up for it. They were responsive. I got home and didn't have a temp tag on the vehicle so I had to return the next day. I had to take the Jeep to a Jeep dealership for wheel alignment I got home and didn't have a temp tag on the vehicle so I had to return the next day. I had to take the Jeep to a Jeep dealership for wheel alignment and a software update that CarMax reimbursed for. I discovered the passenger massage function did not work and they serviced it, however it is still not working. When I went to register the car, the title had not been sent in the DMV packet. Everyone was nice and responsive but still dealing with issues with my purchase. More
