They were responsive. I got home and didn't have a temp tag on the vehicle so I had to return the next day. I discovered the passenger massage function did not work and they serviced it, however it is still not working. When I went to register the car, the title had not been sent in the DMV packet. Everyone was nice and responsive but still dealing with issues with my purchase. More
