This was the first time I purchased a vehicle online. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. For weeks leading up to the purchase, I would check the website to see what was available. I loved using the filters and the comparison tools to make some decisions. When I finally found what looked like a great deal I set up an appointment to visit their store and see and drive the car! This was something that really pleased my wife since she is not a fan of buying something "sight unseen!" We set up an appointment and had a delightful afternoon with Tamika. After driving the car I had chosen, Tamika told us that a similar model had just arrived (it takes a while to get new additions to their lot posted online). It was two years newer and had only 13,700 miles on it! We drove that, came back and set an appointment to sign the papers. It was a fun afternoon and, going forward, I am completely sold on buying all my vehicles through Car Max! No problems. No surprises. Everyone is happy and enthusiastic. It really makes car buying a pleasure again! More
