This is my third car purchased from CarMax, and a horrible experience. It's not worth going into. I emailed one of the VPs, who sent me to customer care. CarMax was once the best in class for customer service. Today, they have a broken culture that no longer focuses on customer satisfaction. Vehicle had undisclosed damage dents, damaged wheels and paint chips with paint damage. Was not cleaned upon delivery, had to remove last owners items, window stickers for toll tags.
