Each mistake has required me to repeat steps, some in person, which seem to continue over two weeks after our purchase. I’ve purchased at least six cars from Carmax, but never have I had this many mistakes to our paperwork. Hopefully, they’re learning and can improve. More

I loved the salesman we had, he gave a lot of information. I was helped greatly by the people on the phone who were polite and helpful. It looked as though someone had wiped a rag inside the window bur left lots of water drops to dry on the window. I had to replace the windshield wipers the first week I owned the car. That was not what I expected. I love my car and am happy with it but was disappointed with the condition of the small things. I would come to Car Max again if I needed a car, especially one that I could not find in the area. More
