I had issue with my loan and if I didn’t have Dawn as a rep I probably would have left and went elsewhere. I had to return my car and repurchase it again. This was the bank’s fault. I was there for 3.5 hours trying to get this solved. Dawn made the process enjoyable and our conservations made time fly. Absolutely amazing employee. Car Max is blessed to have her as an employee.
