It’s hard to find a good service center these days but no worries with this place as they have the best techs on staff. I am very disappointed with Cardinal Honda of Groton CT, I went to get an oil change along with an inspection and alignment rotation and balancing, they only did the oil change, and they lied to me saying t I went to get an oil change along with an inspection and alignment rotation and balancing, they only did the oil change, and they lied to me saying they did the rotation and balancing, I was doubtful why my stearing wheel looks crooked if I asked for alignment, They tell me they did not do it they did not charge for it, but they also charged me for the rotation and balancing when they did not do it, if I do not complain they steal my money. Then they refused to do it saying they were afraid to remove the tires because they looked old, they lied to my face, and they did not even do the inspection, I was very angry and disappointed, bad customer service, that should not be done to anyone.
