I absolutely love my CX-5 and I was treated very well by all the employees at this dealership. I would highly recommend them even if you have to drive a bit more to get there. Pretty disappointing. I just bought a used car I got it home and the dash cam won’t work. I called this out when test driving and was assured it works. While I typically prefer to give the benefit of the doubt, her behavior consistently fell short of any reasonable professional standard, a sentiment echoed in multiple other reviews I've read – it seems many have encountered the same issues.On one particularly disturbing occasion, her inappropriate actions were so overt that they were witnessed by a minor, my son, who observed Jennifer and a colleague engaging in clearly unprofessional and intimate behavior while on duty. This kind of personal misconduct not only reflects poorly on her but also creates an uncomfortable and inappropriate environment for customers and certainly casts a shadow on the establishment's professional image. Such behavior is completely unacceptable during service hours and directly undermines any expectation of a professional atmosphere.This incident, combined with a pattern of dismissive and rude interactions that I and others have noted, makes it clear that her focus is far from providing quality service. Everything was lining up—until your sales manager arrived and immediately resorted to the following tactics: First, we were told: “The listed price isn’t the real price—it’s actually $3,100 more because of the ‘special specs’.” When questioned on why the dealership would knowingly mislead potential buyers, he responded—straight-faced—“If I listed the actual price, people like you wouldn’t come in to see the car.” An astonishing admission. The vehicle was listed at $25,9XX, yet the sales manager attempted to inflate the final number to over $32,000 after taxes and fees, then pushed financing games by telling us that if we financed “for one month,” he could “lower it a bit.” Let’s be clear: You changed the price the moment we sat down. We came with funds in hand—why would we finance anything? We’ve all heard stories about shady dealership tactics, but your sales manager didn’t just confirm the stereotype—he amplified it. He cost one of your salespeople a guaranteed, full-price, immediate sale. Unprofessional. Unnecessary. And entirely avoidable. More

The sales reps were friendly and professional, but BEWARE — the finance and management team are not. Their tactics come across as manipulative and designed to take advantage of customers. Be ready to walk — the finance and management team are not. Their tactics come across as manipulative and designed to take advantage of customers. Be ready to walk away, no matter how much time you’ve invested. When I asked to see the offer in writing, they flat-out refused, claiming it was “against company policy.” That alone is a major red flag. Always insist on written offers be sent over before visiting the dealership — it exposes just how uncompetitive their deals really are. On top of that, the way management handles confrontation is aggressive and argumentative, which is completely unacceptable. The owner of this dealership should seriously address how their management team treats customers — it’s costing them sales and damaging their reputation. To make matters worse, I even spoke with someone who worked there, and he admitted that based on what he’s seen behind the scenes, he would never buy a car from them himself. He confirmed what I experienced — that clients are being taken advantage of and ripped off in the back end of the business. By the grace of God, I saw the truth in time and walked away. I was blessed to find a far better deal with a dealership that treated me with honesty and kindness. Bottom line: Protect yourself. Demand everything in writing, don’t tolerate aggressive treatment, and don’t be afraid to walk away. Thank God there are better deals — and better people — out there. More
