Car Dealers are certainly not famous for doing "the right thing", but what about when a few Mazda enthusiasts get hired by a dealer and take over? Can a Mazda dealer become a source of goodies for Mazda Zoom Zoom lifestyle fans? CardinaleWay Mazda wants to know if they can express their enthusiasm for Mazda without coming off as phony or pandering... We are proud to be working with DealerRater.com on improving our customer reviews and committing to acknowledge, respond to and resolve complaints or issues that are posted here on DealerRater.

Please contact Greg Limbeck on his cell phone at 602-538-1337. I have alerted Greg about your ongoing points of dissatisfaction and asked him to speak with you about what CardinaleWay Mazda needs to do in order to correct these issues. Ralph Paglia

With all respect. Greg is the one I have had the most problems with. He knows about the on going problems. He has gotten an attitude with me over the phone, avoids my emails to him, and plan lied to me telling me the check is waiting at the desk then let me stand around for a half hour before telling me they didn't have it. Mr.baker knows of this and said he was going to make everything right. He hasn't done shit but bring me my overdraft check that I went to the dealership to get 5 times. I have missed a ton of overtime because of this. Tins of people at boeing know about your reputation now as well since they all hear me on the phone with your managers now. But hey that's only 4500 people there that make really good money to lose that business. You guys can start by getting the underhood peice that my car needs. And figure out the rest and come to me with something besides a fake sorry. This is beyond sorry. But christelle is a journalist I'm sure she can make a cute story about this. Get serious then contact me this has been almost a month now of problem after problem surfacing.

We did in fact make an accounting error in processing a check that we had agreed to hold. Having processed the check, the bank would not return it to us so we had to ask you to bring a replacement check which we did hold in file as originally planed (we do this occasionally as a service to our customers). In hindsight we should have someone come out for the replacement check since it was our error. We do regret that the communication was not acted on as quickly as we would have liked. Having met with you in person, we hope you understand that you are a valued customer. We have improved our process due to this incident and that will benefit others in the future.

Reading this review has been a brutal eye opener to those of us who manage CardinaleWay Mazda and sincerely want to ensure that customers are treated with respect and well served by our staff. Our sales reps are well reviewed and our management team (us) wqould like to think we do a great job for our customers. However, in this case we let you down by allowing a single employee give you bad advice and ruin the whole car buying experience for you. We apologize and would like you to know that the PERSONAL FINANCE COUNSELOR you reported in this review has since been replaced. Furthermore, we have issued a policy that no CardinaleWay Mazda employee is allowed to recommend bankruptcy to a customer while representing CardinaleWay Mazda. Your review speaks highly of your sales rep and we want to thank you for that positive portion of your review. If you would ever be willing, the General Manager, Mr. Phil Kerr would like to personally assist you with any vehicle purchase or service needs you might have.

The new management team at CardinaleWay Mazda would like to issue an apology to "gantw" for the negative experience he or she had with our dealership almost 4 years ago. Phil Kerr, Greg Limbeck and Rick Baker have accepted jobs of managing CardinaleWay Mazda since this review was logged and we have taken steps to ensure that the customers we serve today, do not have this same experience. To GantW, Once again, the NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM at CardinaleWay Mazda apologizes and would like to find a way to "make it right" if you would ever be willing to contact us and allow us to do so.
