Took it back the next business day and they said they could only do a wheel balance and nothing else until the vehicle suspension settled in @ 1000 mi. I thought to my self I'll wait till 10k mi . Took it back at 10k mi and explained it again pulls to the right and a muffler thumping noise after warmed up and parked at a 3 Deg. incline. They did the alignment , balanced, rotated my tires front to rear, couldn't hear the noise It's Intermittent they said and scratched 1 wheel. After all that Vehicle still pulls to the right and they denied denting the wheel cap logo and scratches around the lug nut area. I'm done never again with these people !!!!! F!!!! Them More

He lied in regards to conver Had an absolute horrible experience with Service department general manager Aran, who was rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. He lied in regards to conversations about the car recall issue I was having with Volkswagen, refused to issue a loaner vehicle, and had me waiting 4 hours. Doesn’t even have a business card to his name, I will never purchase another Volkswagen or deal with this dealership again. More
CARDINALEWAY VW ARE LIARS AND FRAUDS. BEWARE!!! 12/26/17 9:30am I called Cardinale VW and spoke to Matthew at the service department for my 2007 Passat recalls; #20AE fuel pump control module #69M8 12/26/17 9:30am I called Cardinale VW and spoke to Matthew at the service department for my 2007 Passat recalls; #20AE fuel pump control module #69M8 Dakata air bag. Matthew said if I can bring it in before 11:30 am, it should take only a few hours so he will take care of the recalls same day. At first I was surprised the dealer booked me right in and I can get the car back in few hours. My wife and daughter dropped off the car at Cardinale way VW at 11:30 am. A couple hours later Matthew from Cardinale way VW called stating that my car won't start so he needs to charge me $149 for diagnostic. WHAT????? I told him I never had an issue with my car and my wife drove the car to your shop without any issues. How come it's not starting while the car is in your dealer? He said he doesn't know why it's not starting and he doesn't have any record of my car. He keep asking for diagnostic. I figured I couldn't trust this guy and dealer so I told him to just do the recalls. Then he told me one of the recall (#20AE) is not out yet and he can only do the airbag recall. WHY COULDN'T HE JUST TELL ME FROM BEGINNING? The next morning I towed my car to my mechanic and he started the car without any repairs and it starts every time with no issues. However, now the air bag malfunction light is on after they did air bag recall. I believe these crooks didn't do anything for the recall, just messed up my car and now I have problems with air bag. The way Cardinale way VW does business is FRAUD and I bet there are many other victims. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. . Remember Volkswagen cheated millions of people world wide and got caught not too long ago. More
WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS DEALER FOR ANYTHING! I am utterly disgusted by my local dealership here in Corona, CA. On Thursday, 3/16 DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS DEALER FOR ANYTHING! I am utterly disgusted by my local dealership here in Corona, CA. On Thursday, 3/16/17 I brought my car in to repair at CardinaleWay Volkswagen in Corona for a faulty ignition switch. My key would not come out and was left in the on position. The only way to turn the car off was to disconnect the battery and remove the fuel pump fuse. Also my car was unlocked since I could not lock it due to my key stuck in the ignition. 8 days go by and the day is Friday, 3/24/17 and I received a call from the dealer at 8 am stating that my car was stolen from the lot. (Car was in the service bay) At the end of the phone call I ask, "Were my keys still in the ignition?" The man replied saying, "Yes the key was still in the ignition and the car was unlocked BUT the fuse was out and the battery disconnected. Only you and a few people know how to start it." Something seemed fishy. I then went in to the dealership same day (3/24/17) and the service guy Sal said the last time they saw the car was Wednesday night (3/22/17), but they never informed me of my stolen vehicle until 2 DAYS LATER. Now I am in a rut. They stated that they will not help me in anyway nor pay for what my cars worth. Same goes with their insurance, or so I've been told by one of the dealerships employees. They admitted to leaving my keys in the ignition and that my car was unlocked. I'm astounding by this dealership's gross negligence and complete denial of responsibility. Please, save yourself the time, money, and headache and NEVER come here! More

Took my car in for the 40,000 service. Call ahead to make sure the price and that the transmission service was included. They stated that it was. Just picked up my car and after I paid I reviewed the make sure the price and that the transmission service was included. They stated that it was. Just picked up my car and after I paid I reviewed the bill and it said checked fluid. I asked if they changed the fluid and filter and they said no. That it was not required but recommended. I went to the service manual in my car and showed them it was listed under the 40,000 service. They said that it would be an additional $380. I will never take my car back there and I suggest that you do not take your car there. Bait and switch. More
Pl check the service prices with other VW dealers before you visit Cardinale VW(2603 Wardlow Rd, Corona, CA 92882). These people charge premiere prices. Customer service is very bad. They tend to initially you visit Cardinale VW(2603 Wardlow Rd, Corona, CA 92882). These people charge premiere prices. Customer service is very bad. They tend to initially have to agree to a price by saying they would give you 10% discount and later on, go back on this. Had very very bad experience today, especially Ryan (So called Service Dept Manager). I would never visit this place again. I was charged 120 USD more compared to other dealers. They literally denied to issue my car keys unless i agreed to the final price. Worst experience, worst customer service. More
