After purchasing a near $50,000 vehicle from this dealership I had issues with it less than 12 hours owing it. I had noticed that the power locks were malfunctioning and only the drivers door would l dealership I had issues with it less than 12 hours owing it. I had noticed that the power locks were malfunctioning and only the drivers door would lock, all of the other doors had to be locked manually. Sometimes it wouldn’t even unlock with the key fob and it had to be unlocked manually. When I took the vehicle back to the dealership the day after purchasing it the general manager took it back to the service department to get figure out what was going on. He came out and informed me that I was going to have to pay over $1,000 to fix the issue, which he later informed that I would need to drop it off and then they would look at it and resolve the problem. I asked the GM if power locks were on the inspection sheet and he informed me that the inspection sheet was for power train, that didn’t settle with me right so I asked one of the mechanics if it was on there and he informed me all that it was a 120 point inspection and all electronic components were on there as well. That was the first lie, when I went back into the office to inform the GM of what his mechanics just told me he changed up his story to account for lying to my face, when I asked him for the inspection sheet of the vehicle I owned at this point he told me that they do not provide customers with that information which is very concerning alone, they told me that the vehicle had no issues at the time of sale and obviously it did. He tried to negotiate on pricing with me to resolve the power lock issue which I was not going to take. He told me that his service manager was going to give me a call once he returned from out of town in a couple days, a week later I still had no response. I called the dealership and asked to speak to the GM, he wasn’t in the office so I left a message, a couple more days go by with no response same thing happens but this time I asked to speak with the owner of the dealership, still nothing. Over 3 weeks go by without a single response from the dealership, I call again and finally get ahold of a manager he tells me the GM would be in his office and would return my call as soon as he gets in. Still never returned my call, today 28 days after the day of purchase I finally reached out and was able to get ahold of him, obviously very upset at this point I told him about all the issues I was having with the vehicle more and more every week, I told him that he needed to find a way to resolve Atleast the initial problem, at this point he started getting very hostile with me saying I need to learn to control myself and other manners that were completely irrelevant to the issue I was having. Further more he started to swear at me over the phone because he didn’t like criticism I guess. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! More
Dealership lied to me. Saw a car on-line with chrome rims. Went to look at it and they took the chrome rims off and put junk on instead. Never gave me an answer on why the car did not have the rims on i rims. Went to look at it and they took the chrome rims off and put junk on instead. Never gave me an answer on why the car did not have the rims on it as pictured. They said they would put the chrome rims back on but never did. Had some bogus excuse why they didn't. Buyer beware!! Thank goodness I decided not to buy car since they refused to put the chrome rims back on or give me a real reason why they took them off in the first place. More
This place is a scam. My boyfriend crashed a car that was on their lot. He was told to go get it. And when he did what he was told, the car crashed because it had no brakes. Which it even states in the cartf on their lot. He was told to go get it. And when he did what he was told, the car crashed because it had no brakes. Which it even states in the cartfacts. Now they are taking a ridiculous amount out of his paycheck. They are required to have insurance for every car at that lot. Use your insurance scammers! Stop taking advantage of hard-working people! Wanted a new truck and saw a truck online that I’ve had my eyes on for awhile. The truck blue booked for almost $10k under what the dealership wanted. Went to dealership worked with Isaac was super helpful my eyes on for awhile. The truck blue booked for almost $10k under what the dealership wanted. Went to dealership worked with Isaac was super helpful the whole 9. Had cash for down payment and the manager came out told me he needed $7k more down and I asked why. He said the bank will only approve what the cars worth, then I told him the blue book says your price is way over about 10k. Asked if he would work out a deal and get me closer to to the number and shook his head and said sorry can’t help and walked away. More
CAR NEEDS NEW ENGINE LESS THAN 1 WEEK PURCHASED FROM CARIZONA IN MESA,AZ! No opinion straight facts. This is a honest review. We have purchased from here before, but this time, I have never felt this CARIZONA IN MESA,AZ! No opinion straight facts. This is a honest review. We have purchased from here before, but this time, I have never felt this defrauded after a transaction. Here is the timeline. July 15,2021: Purchased 2014 Buick. Walked in with a 15K check from my credit union. See picture looks good, car sitting in show room. Service guy Mark drives out the vehicle says he needs to put gas in the car. We requested car facts. We test drove it locally, residential miles. Closed the deal. Sign our papers and we are on our way. Heading home, hit the high way, engine light comes on with Performance reduced message. We figured maybe vehicle needs to be serviced. Let’s do that! Took the car to Buick Dealer, they noted possibly internal engine problems. Recommends replacing engine or being it’s a new car bring back to dealer of purchase and work something out. Sent emails to dealer of purchase stating other dealership findings. We are told bring it in next week, they are booked. July 21,2021: Brought car to dealer of purchase. July 31,3021 Visited dealer I purchased car due to no response to email, no return calls. Let’s say the car buying deal process went faster than our after sale communication with this dealer. At dealer we spoke to head of service department he says 2 options get extended warranty or pay >$4000 to replace the engine. They will do the work. I requested take the car back and pay my loan off. I have the car less than 30 days, plus we are not first time buyers. I just had major surgery 2 days ago and is in no position to get extended warranted or pay >$4000. He says we drove the car 900 miles, which we didn’t. His service paper shows miles higher than after purchase miles. Am I sensing odometer fraud?! He says this is our problem (Dealer and Buyer). Service man states he has to speak with owner of this business Troy Myers, it’s in his hands. We filed a complaint with the attorney Generals office as a consumer feeling ignored and being treated unfairly. After the complaint we are told, Troy (the owner of the business) gave orders to not work on vehicle as complaint/litigation. We are told to pick it up! We called our insurance to tow the vehicle as car not safe to drive. Tow service was very familiar with dealership. So 2 1/2 weeks later, 15K in the hole. Feeling defrauded. Take time and go through these comments and protect your coins. This is not their first and sure won’t be their last. Your coins, not mine. Save yourself from being defrauded out your coins! In response to dealer comments: If you follow the timeline your response to my review was rather expeditiously! Further more, make no mistake to having consumers think you were trying to help. You dropped the ball, or rather “Troy” the owner of the business gave the head service man Mark orders to not work on vehicle following a complaint to the Attorney General’s Office. Carizona didn’t try to help. Telling someone to pay an additional >$4000 to fix an engine is abuse. How is it that you bought and sold a vehicle that another dealer could show records of the vehicle having the same issue at 73k miles. We bought the vehicle at mileage in 80s. The real issue is, Carizona appears to care more about Money more than the safety of their consumers! We were never given the security that you were trying to help before or after the “verbal abuse”! My sales associate was Austin. He answered all my questions and and concerns about the vehicle I wanted. Mark was the finance specialist. They were both amazing. Great place to buy a great car.
