They tried to blame us. We took their word what we needed to do but somehow now we're lying. Rude and ridiculous. They cannot seem to find out what is wrong with the convertible, have had it 10 days. We keep ubering to pick up the car (when they say it's done) and then find out it really isn't fixed. How hard is it to try the convertible to see if it works! Terrible service! I'll update tomorrow if we get the car back after 4 weeks. More

He got all the documents ready and we signed them digitally, which was our preference. Secondly the sales manaher, Louis Leon stepped in, apologized profusely and made some concessions for us. He lliterally saved the deal. He treated my family like royalty. If it was not for him we would have gone to another dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
