My Review of Carlsen Subaru:
Because of a long term assignment I took my 2001 Subaru Outback with me to France. When I needed some parts here I contacted Carlsen Subaru by e-mail. They had been my dealer for the scheduled maintenance. Since their service department had been very good I expected it to be easy to order a coil pack and some spark plug wires.

Nick Tanouye was most patient and prompt responding to several e-mail requests and questions. He even took th order over to the local Fedx office to make the shipping cutoff time. I received the parts, installed them, and the car runs as good as new.

Price is my only complaint. $18 for ONE spark plug wire seems excessive.

My Review of Carlsen Subaru:
Although the interaction with the service manager was a little tense, I believe this dealership carries a much higher standard of customer service than most car dealerships. With the exception of Saturn. Carlsen took care of my needs quickly, and cleared up confunfusions caused by another Subaru dealer of lesser professional standards (Stevens Creek, of course). I highly recommend coming here for all your service and sales.
