This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. It was supposed to be express pick up after work for me. They were back up. I was not offered to test drive the car. I took a video. The salesman said you just have to press a button on Tesla then it would stop. So I purchased the car for my son in college. When he received the car window kept rolling down, door light came on the door was open while driving. This vehicle has all kinds of problems and then I was told I would have to return it and go through the whole car buying process again and my credit took a drop already because it was ran so many times. I fear for the safety with this car for my son in college. Also was never offered the Max care protection in the car and I just learned about that through calls. Protect yourself and don’t trust them not for the customer. At least this location. More

Was disappointed at how sloppy the whole process was. Found personal paperwork from the previous owner in the car after I got it home so obvious the car hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, Took the car to Found personal paperwork from the previous owner in the car after I got it home so obvious the car hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, Took the car to a dealer for a multi point inspection and discovered several things wrong that should have been fixed prior to it ever being put up for sale. After I got home from buying the car I went through my packet of paperwork and found another customer's paperwork as well as my own and finally had to go back a couple weeks later and redo various forms because the business office discovered the sales associate had me fill out the wrong stuff. Staff definitely needs more training. More

I showed up to test drive a car that had just been released. I did have the intention on buying if everything checked out. I did have to wait outside looking at the car alone before a rep came out released. I did have the intention on buying if everything checked out.
