The purchasing experience was pleasant. I was happy with how it went. The only downside to the experience was that the vehicle I was considering had a problem with intermittent starting. The dealer replaced the battery, but as I started driving the vehicle after delivery, the problem continued. I finally took it back to the dealer in frustration, and they had it for almost 2 weeks, but fixed that problem by replacing the starter. They also fixed the problem with the high beam headlights not working. They discovered a slow oil leak and ended up replacing the entire oil pan. (long story about how/why that happened!) The dealer also replaced both rear tires. I was provided a loaner during the repairs. Munti was very professional throughout the buying experience, and during the repairs. Very impressed with your technician, Izzy. (Israel) Shawn was/is a bit rough around the edges. Not very polite. More
