Overall, my experience with CarMax was positive, and I’m very happy with the car itself. It’s exactly what I was looking for and has been great so far. The emissions test was not completed prior to delivery, so I had to take care of that myself during the holidays, which was difficult to fit into my schedule. Additionally, some of the required documents for my co-signer were missed, and he now has to go to a dealership near him to complete the signing. While these weren’t major issues, they did create extra steps that could have been avoided. Overall, I’m still happy with the vehicle and the experience, but I would recommend double-checking that all required paperwork and inspections are completed before delivery. More
