This was my first experience with Carmax, and I was very pleased with the entire process. From being able to use the app/website to look for the exact vehicle I wanted and then get emails when matches were pleased with the entire process. My first impression was when upon arriving and after a brief exchange of needed documents, I was handed the keys for a test drive and the associate said, "see ya in 20 minutes."
