Good and not so good. I had a car shipped from Virginia. Ben, the salesman was excellent. The business office was also very good. The 125 point inspection and detail was kind of a joke. I can see why they are being sued over this, but I figured that. The big issue is communication. There were some service issues agreed to in writing at time of sale. I was told I would get a call from the Arlington Service Center the next day to schedule. Over a week later I got a call from the Hulen Service Dept. that they had finally sent the order over to Arlington and someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. Didn't happen. So a week later I called the Hulen store back and they said they would send it again. Got a VM from Arlington the next day - no name, just Arlington Carmax wanting to set up service. I called them back immediately and they "thought" it was probably Daniel. So they send me to Daniel's voicemail. No call back. Call them again today - no one answers the phone. Leave Daniel another message. Still haven't gotten a callback. So now we're three weeks in when I was told it would be addressed the next day. Not exactly great service. The presale and sale experience was very good, but I would take any after sale commitments with a grain of salt. More
From the time we walked in, we were welcomed and offered help. The staff was very professional and helpful and there were a great selection of vehicles that fit our need. We test drove two vehicles and with the offer given for our trade in, we picked a beautiful SUV. The process was smooth and we drove home satisfied with our experience. I highly recommend visiting this location for your vehicle needs. More
