We purchased the 4-year extended warranty, so we'll see how that works, as the A/C is having an issue and we have an appointment in 2 weeks to have it fixed. Sales experience was great. Now we'll see how the service end of Carmax does. I'm expecting a good experience. More

Made an appointment for 1130 on a Saturday. Got there and checked in at the front desk. Was told to go look at the vehicle and wait. Waited 20 minutes and nobody came to me.
