I brought my truck into service in April 2024 due to having a leaking head gasket. They took the truck in and diagnosed it to have a bad head gasket. That what was already established. They quoted me $11,000 to replace the engine instead of just doing the head gasket. Which I finally got a price for them to do which was 4500. So I told them to do it. They called me back 3 days later and said they didn’t want to do it and to take it to someone else. So ended up losing 2 weeks pay cause of downtime and still didn’t have my truck fixed. Ended up just doing it myself and now have 12000 more miles on it and truck is running great no thanks to this company. More
Took my Wrangler in for warranty work 6 months ago. Was told the claim was being submitted. I’ve called trying to get an update for 6 months with no communication. Drove in today to get answers. No one there can tell me if the claim has been submitted. I was also informed they no longer want to do warranty work…..information I could have used 6 months ago. Terrible to deal with. No communication. Indifferent to the customer. Not sure how they’ve been able to keep their dealership. Avoid at all costs. Look up their Google reviews. Same story for years. More

My windshield took a rock hit 2 days before my first visit to the dealer for service. No problem, its covered by a 2 year warranty. I take the vehicle in and the issue is reported and pictures are taken. I wait a few weeks and get a call from John Lovett where he says the claim was denied, like another customer they had with the same issue. He advised he would try and help and look for another option. to get the claim covered. He also said he would send me all the claim documents so I could pursue as well. He lied to me 6 times about sending me the claim correspondence. I then spoke with Dave Davis and he told me they would not be sending me anything and the claim was denied. I called Mopar, and per the rep, no claim was found. Dave Davis is a very rude, combative and unhelpful. The service side of this dealership is lacking in follow-through and flat out lied to me multiple times. It is despicable the way these people lie and operate like they have nothing to lose and could not care less about customer service. More
Since the beginning of Nov. I have been waiting for the shocks to fix my 60,000 Jeep .First it was 3 days, then it was 2 weeks . Here it is s going on 4 mos. STILL NOT fixed. These are MOPAR parts that they are using to build the Jeep on the assembly line. So, get two shocks and fix my Jeep. They say it's only the front passenger side, but the whole right side of the Jeep is ,leaning. Looks like crap and rides even worse. I went to pick up my jeep from service after I was called I went to pick up my jeep from service after I was called saying it was ready. The service dept installed a hard top and wiring harness I ordered fro I went to pick up my jeep from service after I was called saying it was ready. The service dept installed a hard top and wiring harness I ordered from them. The jeep was outside waiting to be picked up. The hard top wiper did not work as it should, the rear window defroster did not work at all. When my wife was going to drive it back home she said the ac and controls did not work. None of these problems were identified by the people that installed the hard top and wiring harness. David Pitman (the service manager) took my complaint about the rear wiper not being right personally and told me I had a condesending attitude. When my wife heard MR. Pitman she left to go sit in the lounge area because she knew it was going to be messy. She was right. I droped the jeep off at 7:45AM. They called me saying it was ready and I arrived at 3:00PM. Because of the problems I identified, I was there another two hours trying to get it straightened out till 5:00PM. On top of all this no one from the service dept called me earlier during the day to say there was a problem and they layed something on the hood of my jeep while in the service area and scratched the hood. After I had pointed out the problems and they were trying to figure out what went wrong they had me talk to a really nice guy named James Bailey who told me they ordered the wrong wiring harness and would order the correct one and re do the work at no charge to me. At this point the service manager would not have anything to do with me. He let James Bailey hear my complaints and explain to me they would fix the problems. The new wiring harness came in and I scheduled to have them do the rework Wed. 31 July. I dropped the jeep off at 7:30 AM Wed. and talked to Brian Vernon at this time. When I told him about the scratch in the hood he passed the word for the service manager David Pitman to come see me. Mr. Pitman was a no show. Mr.Vernon went to the back to get him and again he was a no show. I had to show the scratch in the hood to MR. Vernon. It is 2:50 PM and they have had my jeep since I dropped it off at 7:30 AM this morning. No phone calls yet so I will wait and see. This is my very first jeep. This is my first time doing any business with this dealership. I am 59 years old. I am retired after serving 27 years in the military. At this point in my life this is the worst experience I have ever had with a service dept. at a dealership. I hope when they call to say it is ready that all repairs are done when I pick my jeep up today. More
