We purchased a car from Carolina Hyundai and have had warranty issues. We have been so unbelievably disappointed by the poor and blatantly dishonest customer service and repeated stalling to run out our warranty issues. I purchased a Sante Fe from Carolina Hyundai in April of 2025 and at the time of purchase I agreed to an extended warranty. The very next morning I called the finance department and requested that the warra 2025 and at the time of purchase I agreed to an extended warranty. The very next morning I called the finance department and requested that the warranty policy be cancelled and refunded, which they agreed to do. As of this date no cancellation or refund of the extended warranty has been issued to my bank...as promised on at least 5 different occasions...all in writing. My recommendation would be for you to find another Hyundai dealership to work with because I have no faith this dealership will keep any commitment they make. More

After working with at least two dozen dealers within 300 miles of Charlotte to lease a new 2024 Ioniq 6, I had hands down the best experience at Carolina Hyundai. Lindsay, my sales agent, was communicative and highly professional--and most important in this business, a straight shooter! His manager, Shane, agreed to return my call, and proved to be the same way. I was impressed. The ONLY reason I have not yet done the lease is because their dealership is not set up to do a "one-pay lease". Since Hyundai Motor Finance has massively better lease "money factor" rates with this program, that was a deal-breaker for me. For a more straightforward deal, like a purchase, I would send a friend or relative to work with these guys any day, even if they were unsophisticated. They deserve their excellent reputation. I just hope they start supporting one-pay leases again! :) More
