Carolina Nissan has serviced my Frontier since its purchase in 2014. Their service department has steadily declined. Multiple errors with registration and plate. Took no responsibility and embarrassed me when I went to have it corrected. I would not buy there again. No spare tire and a faulty battery. I have purchased 2 cars from them a Nissan Versa and a 350Z. I have used their service and found them to be reliable. But they had my car in for a $1700 repair and it came back with some damage. They refuse to do anything about this matter a so I must say that this is not the correct way to keep customers. I even gave them a pass on one of the damaged parts to the car. I will never use them again and will not buy a Nissan again. Companies always have these surveys after service. I have noticed that I did not get one this time. So this is my feedback. More
They sold my son a car that he was told by was not even safe to drive. He had a 30 day warranty on it and made them aware of the problem. They took the car and said it would be fixed. Poor customer service and defective product Had 2012 Nissan Altima with a bad transmission. Researched that this a common issue in the Altima. The local service tech was so disrespectful because we bought in the car to get repaired. We were referred to as "you people" yes the customer was you people. We were never offered a loaner car. The repair took almost three weeks. I would never have any car serviced here at Carolina Nissan. There was never even an apology. More

I would recommend never buying a car from them. I went in to ask about trading my car in to buy a new altima. They were very rude and gave me a higher price then another dealership. However when I wanted to get my car serviced they told me they would not be able to service my car since I did not buy it from them. They were very rude and seemed very unprofessional. I purchased my first car from Carolina Nissan in 1990, and keep going back. The sales staff always help me find the right car for my needs and budget, from that first brand new Sentra I bought after I gra and keep going back. The sales staff always help me find the right car for my needs and budget, from that first brand new Sentra I bought after I graduated college to the Altima I have now, and several in between (both new and used). They are also great helping me get the best value for my trade-ins. I don't know much about cars and repairs, and I have gotten ripped off at other repair shops. That has NEVER happened to me at Carolina Nissan. They handle everything from basic tune-ups and oil changes to major repairs quickly and professionally. They discuss all the work and charges before doing anything, so there are no suprises when I pay the bill - unlike other places I have had the misfortune of using. The service department even helps me with rides to and from work if I can't stay at the dealership while the work is being done. I will never use another dealer or another service department! More
