Took my f150 in for oil change. Did not have appointment but was checked in within a few minutes of arriving. One hour later I received a call telling me my truck was ready. I went to dealer for service without appointment and they worked me in and finished service within 2 hours and had me out. I have purchased 5 vehicles at this dealer and have been taken care of each time. I worked me in and finished service within 2 hours and had me out.
