The new car I bought had to be picked up from another dealer. When it arrived it had the wrong tires and wheels from what I ordered on it(cheaper ugly ones from last years model)...The salesman and mgrs dealer. When it arrived it had the wrong tires and wheels from what I ordered on it(cheaper ugly ones from last years model)...The salesman and mgrs didnt care since I already signed my trade title over and left a deposit. Mr Book personally promised me that he would take care of it and exchange them for me ...so I believed him! Then, 3 days later he said couldnt do anything and wouldnt even talk about it! Yes I was screwed and unfortunately I didnt know about the 48 hour US "lemon law" or I would have not accepted it! I found out later the finance dept conveniently soaked me on finance charges also. NEVER AGAIN!! More
