Took my f150 in for oil change. Did not have appointment but was checked in within a few minutes of arriving. One hour later I received a call telling me my truck was ready. I went to dealer for service without appointment and they worked me in and finished service within 2 hours and had me out. I have purchased 5 vehicles at this dealer and have been taken care of each time. I worked me in and finished service within 2 hours and had me out. Mike Fetko has always been my salesman and does a great job. I would say this is the only dealer to go to. More

Bought a 2023 F150 from Carriage Ford and needed oil change and also needed a couple minor warranty issues looked at, they told me that I had to leave it for 2-3 days I cannot do that. They didn’t not change and also needed a couple minor warranty issues looked at, they told me that I had to leave it for 2-3 days I cannot do that. They didn’t not even ask if I bought the vehicle there or even try to suggest a better solution to help the customer. I can’t believe they don’t have somebody that can take 5-10 minutes out of their day to look at simple issues! Very disappointed More

Came in without an appointment. My rear passenger window would not close. I asked if they could roll it up for me until I could get an appointment to have it repaired I was in the My rear passenger window would not close. I asked if they could roll it up for me until I could get an appointment to have it repaired I was in the waiting area for about 25 minutes. They came up and handed me the keys. They had completely repaired the window. It doesn't get any better than this. More
