I went to dealer for service without appointment and they worked me in and finished service within 2 hours and had me out. I have purchased 5 vehicles at this dealer and have been taken care of each time. I worked me in and finished service within 2 hours and had me out. Bought a 2023 F150 from Carriage Ford and needed oil change and also needed a couple minor warranty issues looked at, they told me that I had to leave it for 2-3 days I cannot do that. They didn’t not change and also needed a couple minor warranty issues looked at, they told me that I had to leave it for 2-3 days I cannot do that. They didn’t not even ask if I bought the vehicle there or even try to suggest a better solution to help the customer. I can’t believe they don’t have somebody that can take 5-10 minutes out of their day to look at simple issues! Very disappointed More

Came in without an appointment. My rear passenger window would not close. I asked if they could roll it up for me until I could get an appointment to have it repaired I was in the My rear passenger window would not close. They had completely repaired the window. It doesn't get any better than this. More
