Smith responded

The Dealership has had over 2 1/2 weeks to resolve an issue that we had concerning a key fob. The only response we get back from this Dealership is there working on it. After purchasing two vehicles a year ago from this dealership and now dealing with services needed from this dealership And the lack of their response in solving the issue not to mention issues I’ve had at the service department with responses of the oil changes, the time it takes to get in there is atrocious, and now this key fob incident that they have been unable to are not willing to do what’s right for my wife is just wrong. I do know I will never purchase anything from a Kia dealership again nor will I ever have anything good to say to any family members or anybody about this Dealership and what they say they can do and what they will do and empty promises and misleading information when purchases were made to when we actually needed the help all of a sudden, there’s a timeframe that we were told that it needed to be done in, which was never told to us prior to. I just really felt misled and the ear is no concern for the consumer and I purchased two cars a Kia Sorrento and a Kia forte and the dealership makes good money off these cars as well as they get a good percentage off the tail end of the loan that goes back to the dealership so there’s plenty of money that went through the dealership. And I just feel it’s very cheap and very unprofessional that they could not even stand behind what they told us that’s all I have to say about it. And I probably said too much. Have a good afternoon.
