Quick and painless Catherine and Nikola were great. I had specific questions about the jeep I purchased. They answered most of my questions and said they would call me b Catherine and Nikola were great. I had specific questions about the jeep I purchased. They answered most of my questions and said they would call me back on the unanswered questions. Within 20 to 30 minutes I was called back with all of the answers. This was important to me as I was driving 3 1/2 hours to see the Jeep, and did not want to waste a trip. The Jeep was represented great from the pictures on the website, and looked even better in person. I was in and out very quickly after my test drive and was on my way. I will check with them next time I am looking for vehicle, and recommend there great service. More

Absolutely painless way to buy a car. I always hated going to dealerships and wandering around for hours looking at cars. After that we just looked for the car with all the options we wanted. They even brought the car to us to exchange with our old car. More

She volunteered the Carfax report without being I am giving Cars 4 U five stars only because there is not a ten star rating. Catherine was fantastic! She volunteered the Carfax report without being asked. She took care of the outstanding recall on my RAV4. She let me crawl around, measure and move things around in the car for nearly a half an hour to be sure that my large dog crates would fit. She answered every question I had and never pressured me. Once I decided this was the car that I wanted, she handled the paperwork efficiently and even rewrote orders several times to satisfy my bank. The fact that I absolutely love my “new” RAV4 is just icing on the cake. I will send anyone looking for a car through Catherine anytime. More
