John Sylvester contacted me after I had attended the auto show this December (along with many other car dealership sales people). When it was time to purchase a new car, John had another appointment at the show this December (along with many other car dealership sales people). Our experience with James was very positive and my husband and I immediately felt comfortable with him. John did stop by to introduce himself. We were able to purchase our Forester through the Costco auto program which was a bonus. James listened to my needs and wants in a new car and the one I ended up with exceeded my expectations. I will be selling my 2013 Forester to Carter Subaru in the near future and cannot comment on that yet. More
