We have purchased 4 cars from this dealership, the last two being Jeep Wranglers. I bought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon BRAND NEW off the showroom floor in April 2019. Recently I noticed my door hinges an two being Jeep Wranglers. I bought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon BRAND NEW off the showroom floor in April 2019. Recently I noticed my door hinges and panels were starting to have the WELL KNOWN corrosion issues that so many of the new Jeeps have. I contacted Jeep Cares who referred me to CCDJR and assured me the issue would be covered by the 5 year warranty (from purchase date, so covered until April 2024) But guess what??? CCDJR refused to fix it!!! Seriously, avoid this dealership like the plague, because once you drive it off the lot, THEY DO NOT CARE!!! Not even if it’s covered by Jeep Warranty and NOT EVEN if you bought it BRAND NEW FROM THEM!!!! More
This dodge goes with a gap company called AIS . They are crap they don’t pay off your loan or what’s left of it. They only paid off 1600 dlls of my loan which a rule is they pay off up to 25% which wasn’t crap they don’t pay off your loan or what’s left of it. I’m not the only one who’s having this issue. I also have another friend who told me about this problem and now i went threw it myself stay away from this AIS extended warranty company and gap company they won’t do anything for you besides give you headaches and problems More
The service department here is outstanding, they quickly identified the issue with my truck when other dealers couldn't. The staff was awesome to work with and provided me with a loaner. Being a single female who has to make all the decisions on her home and transportation, it is very important to feel that I can trust a service department. In the past, I have spent money on unnecessary p on her home and transportation, it is very important to feel that I can trust a service department. In the past, I have spent money on unnecessary parts and labor because of the mere fact that the service people felt that I wouldn't know the difference. Unfortunately, I didn't and had become skeptical. I have known the Hoffer service department for about five years now, and I think they are very good at explaining why a service is necessary. I have called from out of town before when some kind of indicator light has come on, and Bob Johnson has been very helpful to tell me what the light means and what needs to be done. He has a very kind demeanor and truly has an attitude to serve people. The mechanics are also polite, which is rare in this current time of so much apathy and resentment. I appreciate that so much and thought this review would be a way of showing my gratitude. By the way, I happened to see the card with this website on it and asked if I could take the card with me. They didn't ask me to. More
