Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband and wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

Literally had a problem pointed out before even leaving the lot, after the paperwork was signed. What was the outcome you ask? "Take it to Mercedes". Check the tires as well as a lot of these vehicles are obtained from California. This info is relevant because the tires on this vehicle are summer sport and aren't recommended at all on a 20 degree day in the Northeast (and dangerous in the snow). Car also didn't come with inspection stickers, so in addition to the immediate expense of having to buy new tires, another $60 for that. There's more, but I'll have to review the recording I have for more details. Consider yourself ghosted after any paperwork is signed. More
