Our records indicate that we did attempt to follow up and offered an oil change as a goodwill gesture while we worked to address the situation. We regret that this did not meet your expectations or bring the resolution you were hoping for. As previously mentioned, Management will NOT return my calls to resolve this issue as I let Michelle know that I will accept the oil change that she offered on December 1, along with a written apology for the discrimination and mistreatment OR she can provide me with contact information of someone higher than the GM, I have been calling for a follow up since December 5 to schedule and check in on the request for the letter or contact information, Michelle and Brandon have both not returned any of my calls or attempted to call me back.

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the situation for accuracy. The decision to decline the rental request was not based on discrimination or mistreatment of any kind. It was solely due to an unresolved issue involving a vehicle previously rented by an immediate family member that was not returned and was ultimately reported to the appropriate authorities. For this reason, our rental department was unable to proceed with a new rental. This is a standard policy applied consistently to all customers in similar circumstances.

DISCRIMINATORY!!! DISCRIMINATION. WE WERE REFUSED A VEHICLE RENTAL BASED ON OUR LAST NAME. THEY ARE NOT IMMEDIATE FAMILY TO US AS WE EXPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES. IT’S BEEN ONE MONTH AND STILL NO RESOLUTION, WAS OFFERED A FREE OIL CHANGE WHICH I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN AS MANAGEMENT IS AVOIDING MY CALLS. THE ONLY CORRESPONDENCE I AM GETTING IS THROUGH REVIEWS?? RECEIVED A CALL 12/26 FROM MICHELLE, WE SHOULD BE RECEIVING A CALL FROM ANOTHER BRANCH MANAGER. Still no oil change and most importantly Written Apology. Also requested contact information for supervisor over the GM.
