⭐ 1 Star ⚠️ WARNING: This review is about Castle Collision Center, NOT Castle Chevrolet — but they share the same building and name, and that’s exactly the problem. I brought my car to Castle Col Collision Center, NOT Castle Chevrolet — but they share the same building and name, and that’s exactly the problem. I brought my car to Castle Collision Center in Elk Grove Village after an accident in August 2024, assuming it was part of Castle Chevrolet because of the shared location and branding. Turns out, they are not affiliated at all, and I only learned this after months of frustrating delays and mismanagement. The repair job should have been simple: a rear door, trim, paintwork, and a damaged wheel — which was fully paid for by my insurance. Instead, it took nearly a year to complete. The manager at the collision center, Pat, consistently failed to return calls or emails, canceled scheduled appointments last-minute (even after I took time off work), and gave excuse after excuse about parts being delayed, unavailable, or “coming tomorrow.” I had to escalate through GM corporate to get any response at all. The car was eventually returned filthy, with trim installed on a dirty surface, the interior full of dust, and the damaged wheel still not replaced. Only after endless follow-up — and 9 months of stalling — was the job finally completed. If you're considering bringing your vehicle in for collision work thinking this is part of the Chevy dealership — don’t. Castle Collision Center operates independently and delivers shockingly poor service with no accountability. I have no issue with Castle Chevrolet itself, but customers deserve to know that the body shop using the same name and building is a completely separate operation, and not one I’d ever recommend.
