I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and paid a reasonable amount for both. We bought our Mazda3 in Naperville and now live in Cook county. Mazda of Countryside is closer to us, but we won't go t reasonable amount for both. We bought our Mazda3 in Naperville and now live in Cook county. Mazda of Countryside is closer to us, but we won't go there anymore since the place is full of jerks. Pugi Mazda is about 8 miles further, but it is worth it...Paul the service writer was professional, the technicians did not leave any of their gunk in the car, and the post-service wash was done very well. The waiting area is modern and clean, and there was free coffee and a juke box for waiting customers to use. The sales people were annoying when we walked about the showroom, but they did not ruin the visit. Overall, we will continue servicing our Mazda3 at Pugi Mazda. More
