Then I had to rent a Turo to take my daughter to college. Took car back to get recall issue fixed. They kept it 2 days this time. Still running terrible. Now i am renting another Turo this week and asking this dealership to fix their screw ups and I want reimbursement for our rentals. Clueless mechanics didn't even close hood when I picked up car. They also did not notice they screwed it up. This is a joke. I was asked to drive Greg around to show him. Im no longer doing this crap. More

I recently brought my GMC 2500 to Castle Rock GMC for routine service, including an oil change, tire rotation, and general maintenance. I also requested inspection of two specific concerns: excessive vib routine service, including an oil change, tire rotation, and general maintenance. I also requested inspection of two specific concerns: excessive vibration in the side mirrors at highway speeds and a persistent rattle near the driver’s side. While the standard maintenance was completed, the tire pressures were not adjusted — a small detail, but one that added to broader frustrations with the visit. The major concern was the rattle, which remained unresolved despite the truck being in the shop for approximately 1.5 to 2 weeks. Initially, I was told the rattle could not be found. After picking up the vehicle, I noticed it immediately and offered to return and ride with the technician. I was later informed the rattle had been traced to a device connection module in the console and was addressed using double-sided tape. This explanation felt inconsistent with the sound I had been hearing, and unfortunately, upon picking up the vehicle, the rattle was still clearly present — in fact, worse than when I first brought it in. At this time, the issue remains unresolved and still needs to be properly diagnosed and corrected. I would have appreciated a more transparent approach, such as acknowledging the issue wasn’t fully diagnosed and working collaboratively on next steps, rather than being told it was fixed when it clearly was not.
