An excellent new truck purchase experience Ryan Pacheco called from Medved shortly after I contacted them via their website. I had included my "Build&Price" info from Ford's website. He said he'd look over it and see what vehicles are similar and available since my build was not commonly available. After a few back-and-forth, he said that there just wasn't anything like that available but he could order it. It took all of 30 minutes of my time to get the order in. Ryan was always friendly, responsive, and considerate. This was my third purchase from Medved over the years. I've tried buying from the dealers in COS, but they never seem too interested in finding what I want. If they don't have what I want sitting on the lot, they just don't appear to want to bother. Ryan made the whole process easy and I thank him for his attention! More

Terrible Experience What a terrible experience with this place. I bought a new car over a month ago and traded In my old one. My trade in has YET to be paid off yet and I now have late payments showing up on my credit report. I was told the payment would be hand delivered weeks ago and finding out I now have a negative credit report is ridiculous. My sales rep Michael L does not return any of my phone calls and sure he doesn't care. Michelle in financing has been no help and both of these people have told me the same answer weeks ago and it still has not been paid. Managers don't even follow up or return my phone calls inregards to this matter. Terrible. Experience. More

Mike was super patient and helpful, Tavis actually came to the table and spoke with me and my family (which I've not experienced in a sales manager before) and Michelle explained the details in the paperwork before I signed everthing (I had a horrible experience previously with extra charges added to my purchase and not explained to me before signing- Freeway Ford)... I love my new Ford Edge and would definitely come back again! More
