I want to give this rating to tell you that I had a Good experience working with my Salemen Andra who was wonderful. Mr. Andra was supportive in answering all of our questions and he was very patience in al experience working with my Salemen Andra who was wonderful. He worked hard on making sure that the price we were looking for worked for us. Within two weeks I was there working with Mr. Andra to purchase two cars and both times the experience was Good and he did an excellence job in every area that we had to work together in. More

Tried to con me into a $2700 repair, I refused the service and they charged me $70 for running the codes. Another mechanic checked the codes, turned out in fact it was just a sensor that needed to be service and they charged me $70 for running the codes. I contacted them to demand a refund based on the fact that they charged me to lie to me, they told me I had no evidence (I do) and I could do nothing about it. I filed a complaint with VW and they said there was nothing they could do about it if the dealership refused to cooperate. More
